Nina Fraeser

M.A. in urban studies, researcher in the subproject C: Reinventing Collectivity? The ›Rediscovery‹ of Commonality. An Investigation of Discourses and Practices of Urban Co-housing.

Having joined the project in it's third year I could utilize my previous work on urban commons for the follow-up grant application. My occupation with queer-feminist perspectives on commoning and my interest in alternative concepts of justice can be fruitfully connected to the research group's aims. I am particularly interested in (everyday) negotiations, hierarchies and conflict in the context of collective housing practices. Furthermore, I study collective approaches to sexual violence and abuse.
