What appeals to me about research in the FOR is that the dynamics and dimensions of collectivity can be grasped and experienced in different contexts. Based on the interdisciplinary findings, a jurisprudential approach can ask about the normative potential as well as the legal prerequisites for recognition of novel collectivization processes.
